Big ticket draw prize goes to Malayali again; driver from Kerala wins 34 crore lottery

ABU DHABI: Another Malayali gets lucky in the Abu Dhabi Big Ticket draw. Mujeeb Thekkematteri, who works as a driver in Qatar, won a prize of Rs 34 crore (15 million dirham) in the draw. The number 098201 is what brought luck to Mujeeb in the 256th series draw of Big Ticket. Mujeeb took the ticket with 12 friends.

Mujeeb has been working as a driver at Bank Audi for the past eight years. Mujeeb and his friends have been buying tickets every month for the past two years.

Seven more Indians won prizes in other draws held last night. Indians Ajeeb Omar (one lakh rupees), KA Muhammad Rishad (70,000), Antony Vincent (60,000), Ajmal Kollamkudi Khalid (50,000), Lipson Kuthoor Vellattukara Paul (40,000), Kunjabdulla (30,000) and Muhammad Aseeb Chenganakattil (20,000) are the other winners.
