Heavy rains predicted in state, three districts on yellow alert tomorrow

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The central meteorological department has predicted isolated heavy rains in various districts of the state for the next five days. Yellow alert was announced in three districts on Monday and four districts on Tuesday. These districts are expected to receive 64.5 mm to 115.5 mm of rainfall.

Districts under yellow alert


Malappuram Kozhikode and Wayanad will be on yellow alert on Monday (October 9). A yellow alert has been issued in Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad and Kannur on Tuesday (Oct 10). Ernakulam and Idukki will be on yellow alert on Wednesday (Oct 11). Enakulam, Palakkad and Malappuram will be on yellow alert on Thursday (Oct 12).
