Kuwait deports two Malayali nurses for pro-Israel posts, confirms V Muraleedharan

NEW DELHI: Action has been taken against two Malayali nurses in Kuwait for their post supporting Israel in its conflict with Palestine. The union ministry of external affairs has confirmed this. The ministry of external affairs has confirmed that one nurse has been ousted and steps are being taken to sack another nurse. Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan also said that they are thinking of issuing guidelines for posting such posts in foreign countries.


The nurses shared the post in support of Israel's bombing in Gaza. They shared a pro-Israel status on WhatsApp. The nurse posted the status sharing the flag of Israel saying that Palestinians are terrorists. The home ministry deported the Indian nurses of Al Sabah Hospital from Kuwait.
