'Damaged toilet in AC Coach, shame on Indian Railway'; Sujith Bhakthan about his miserable train journey

travel-vlogger

KOCHI: Renowned travel vlogger and YouTuber Sujith Bhakthan has shared a video of his miserable train journey from Mookambika to Kerala. He shared this through his YouTube channel Tech Travel Eat. After visiting Mookambika Temple with his family, Sujith and his family travelled to Kerala in Hazrat Nizamuddin - Ernakulam Superfast Express train. In this video, Sujith can be seen saying that he had not experienced such a miserable train journey and that he and his family reached Ernakulam by enduring the sickening stench for several hours.

"Bathroom is completely damaged. Mind it, this is an AC coach. About eight people are travelling on this train by spending Rs.6500. You are seeing the condition of such a coach. This is a train coming from Nizamuddin to Ernakulam. If you ask how passengers on this train go to the toilet, you might think that there's another toilet on the other side of the coach. However, the condition of that toilet is so bad that it is impossible to get inside it," Sujith Bhakthan said in the video.

Sujith said that the Railways did not respond even after an hour of complaining about the deplorable condition of the toilet.

"Normally, one would receive a call from the Railways within 10 minutes of filing a complaint. However, we haven't received a call even after one hour," he said.
