HYDERABAD: Prime Minister Narendra Modi stopped his speech and requested a girl climbing a light tower to speak to him. The incident happened in Hyderabad yesterday.
The Prime Minister was addressing a rally organized by the Madiga Reservation Porata Samiti (MRPS). Meanwhile, he noticed a girl climbing a structure on which lights were fixed. ‘Beta Neeche Aao’, Modi requested the girl to come down. The visuals of it are being circulated on social media.

When he noticed that the girl was trying to talk to him, Modi responded in Hindi. ‘Beta, I will listen to you, please come down. Can cause short circuit. This is not right. I came for you people. There is no use doing such things,’ he said. The visuals show Rajya Sabha member K Laxman translating Modi's words in Telugu. Police said they are investigating the incident.
