KOLLAM: The Mother of Anithakumari, the second accused in the Oyoor child kidnapping case has now come up with more revelations about her daughter's conduct in the past. According to her mother, Anitha never even cared to visit her home during her father’s death ceremony.

The mother also accused Anithakumari of deviously taking away all properties from her. In an interview given to a popular media, the woman also revealed about receiving physical torture from son-in-law Padmakumar.

“ Even while her father was unwell and hospitalized, Anitha never bothered to show up. Even after his death, she didn’t come to pay final respects to her father. Once I visited their house in Chathannoor along with my cousin’s daughter, The mother and daughter took turns kicking me and I had to beg them to stop beating me. Anupama also abused me. Later they threatened me about unleashing the dog to attack me. It was then that I decided not to visit them again. For the past three years, I don’t have any contact with them.” Anithakumari’s mother said.

“Anitha was a well-mannered girl and it was only in recent times that there came a change in her. Let god punish her for whatever sin she committed”

Meanwhile, the second accused Anitha Kumari who is now lodged in the Attakulangara women's jail recently broke down in front of jail officials.
