Actress Lakshmika Sajeevan dies, her role in ‘Kakka’ was widely acclaimed

KOCHI: Actress Lakshmika Sajeevan, who gained attention through her short film 'Kakka', breathed her last. She died in Sharjah. She is the daughter of Sajeev of Palluruthy and Limita. It is reported that she died of heart attack. However, this is not clear. She has been working in Sharjah for the past few years.

Kakka was the survival story of marginalized people who were ridiculed for their physical disabilities.
