On Saturday, another Malayalam actress came up with a complaint against actor Jayasurya, alleging the star of sexual misconduct at a movie set. Amidst the chaos of allegations, old interviews of actor Jayasurya are now doing the rounds on social media with the spotlight falling on the irony involved.

A young actress from Thiruvananthapuram filed a complaint alleging that Jayasurya kissed her when she was returning from the washroom. Earlier, an Aluva native had filed a similar complaint against the actor for misbehaving with her while she was returning from the loo.

Jayasurya interview:

“Is there any good washroom in Kochi? Do any women in the city have the guts to enter the decrepit public toilets seen on roadside? Are there any good roads for commuters? We should emulate Dubai when it comes to protecting the safety of women. Their laws are ideal and should be used in India too.”

Netizens have now dug up this old video and are scoffing at the irony. The second case against Jayasurya was registered in Karamana police stataion. The case will be transferred to Thodupuzha. The complaint has been filed against Jayasurya by a popular actress who had shared screens with stars including Mohanlal. Karamana police recorded the statement of the actress while a case has been filed against Jayasurya under various sections including insulting womanhood.
