THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Youth Congress State President Rahul Mankoottathil has been granted bail in all cases related to the Secretariat March conflict. The Thiruvananthapuram CJM Court granted bail to Rahul on the eighth day of his arrest. With this, Rahul will be released from jail today.

The court has granted bail under certain conditions. A surety bond of Rs 25,000 should be given. He has to appear before the investigating officers every Tuesday. Non-bailable sections were charged against Rahul. Rahul was arrested from his house last Tuesday morning in connection with the clashes in the Secretariat March.
