One sustains serious injuries in bus-car collision in Kottayam

KOTTAYAM: A KSRTC bus collided with a car on the M C Road at Kuryam in Kottayam Friday morning at 11 am. The superfast bus proceeding to Munnar and the car which came from the opposite direction collided. In the impact, the bus overturned to one side.

The passengers of the car sustained serious injuries and that of the bus escaped with minor injuries. The injured have been admitted at Kottayam Medical College and in nearby private hospitals.
