Five persons including child killed as car collides with lorry carrying gas cylinders

KANNUR: Five persons, including a child, were killed after a car collided with a lorry carrying gas cylinders in Kannur. The accident took place at Punnacheri in Cherukunnu in Kannur. A car carrying a family, including women and children, was involved in the accident.

All the five deceased were car passengers. A child, a woman and three men were in the car. All five died instantly. The bodies were taken out after breaking the car open. The dead bodies are currently kept at Pariyaram Medical College Hospital. All the five deceased are from Kasaragod.
