Industry Hit; 'Manjummel Boys' becomes highest grossing Malayalam film

'Manjummel Boys' which is continuing its dream run at the box office, has become the highest-grossing Malayalam film to date. The film, which was released on February 22, has overtaken '2018', the previous industry hit movie in Malayalam. According to reports, 'Manjummel Boys' has collected over 175 crores at the worldwide box office so far.

Sharing the happiness on social media, the official page of the film's team shared a post with the caption, 'The Highest World Wide Grosser From the Malayalam Film Industry. Thank you all for the love.'

Apart from Kerala, the film is running to packed houses in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and foreign countries such as the USA. 'Manjummel Boys' is a survival thriller written and directed by Chidambaram. The film, produced by Parava Films, has an ensemble cast which includes Soubin Shahir, Sreenath Bhasi, Balu Varghese, Ganapathi S. Poduval, Lal Jr., Deepak Parambol, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Arun Kurian, Khalid Rahman, Chandu Salimkumar, Shebin Benson, and Vishnu Reghu.
