Anaswara Rajan to play Amal Davis' girlfriend in Premalu 2?

It is reported that Anaswara Rajan will be joining the second part of Premalu, which became a huge success in not only Malayalam but in South Indian cinema. Though unconfirmed, there are already rumors on social media that Anaswara Rajan will be playing the character Amal Davis' girlfriend.

In the first part of Premalu, Amal Davis' girlfriend is shown as a mere voice presence. The official announcement of the second part was made by the director Girish AD at the victory celebration event of Premalu. Premalu 2, seventh production of Bhavana Studios, will be released next year.

It has been decided that along with Malayalam, the second part of Premalu will be dubbed in both Tamil and Telugu languages and released together. Premalu ends with Naslen's character Sachin and Mamitha Baiju's Reenu falling in love and Sachin going to the UK. The sequel will be about their life after this.

Set in the backdrop of Hyderabad, the Premalu stars Shyam Mohan, Akhila Bhargavan, Sangeeth Prathap, Altaf Saleem, Meenakshi Ravindran and others. The screenplay is written by Girish AD and Kiran Josi. The movie was produced by Dileesh Pothan, Shyam Pushkaran and Fahad Faasil under the banner of Bhavana Studios.
