THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Minister K B Ganesh Kumar ordered an investigation on the missing memory card containing the CCTV footage of the KSRTC bus driven by Yadhu when he entered into an argument with Mayor Arya Rajendran. The police had earlier informed that they could not find the memory card containing the CCTV footage. Minister Ganesh Kumar informed that an investigation will be conducted on the missing memory card. The minister directed KSRTC MD Pramoj Shankar to conduct a probe.

It is not clear who removed the memory card containing the footage. Driver Yadhu said that someone may have taken the memory card. Yadhu said the CCTV was working

when he was driving the bus and the footage should surface. The camera was working since the bus left Thrissur. The party activists may have taken away the card. There is mystery in the incident, said Yadhu.

The police also said that they will investigate about the missing memory card. A forensic examination will be conducted on the bus under the leadership of the police. The police decided to check the footage of the bus soon after the CCTV footage of the mayor's car stopping the bus at Saphalyam complex in Palayam was out. There are three cameras in the bus including the one in front of the driver.
