'Will directly settle score with Kok....'; Veteran Producer Siyad Koker warns film critic Aswanth Kok

KOCHI: A bitter feud is strongly brewing between Veteran film producer Siyad Koker and popular film critic Aswanth Kok. Producer Koker has already filed a complaint with the City Police Commissioner over Aswanth Kok’s inimical review of the movie ‘Marivillin Gopurangal’, produced by Koker’s daughter Sharmeen. Siyad Koker while responding to the media warned about directly dealing with the reviewer if the police fail to take appropriate action.

Siyad Koker in his complaint pointed out the hatred-filled review of Aswanth Kok that also had personal attack directed at the cast members including veteran music director Vidyasagar. After the complaint was filed, Aswanth Kok deleted the video from YouTube but Siyad Koker now wants the police to take the reviewer to task.

“During earlier times, reviewers maintained dignity. But the new reviewers are grabbing popularity just by spewing hatred and vilification. People within the industry should come forward to deal with this set of people” said Siyad Koker.
