THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: KSRTC driver Yadu has alleged that the police investigation on his complaint against Mayor Arya Rajendran has stopped. "The inspector misbehaved with me when I reached the cantonment police station to find out how the investigation was going. The police have not yet recorded the mayor's statement in the complaint. I had filed a complaint on April 27 saying that the mayor had stopped her car across the KSRTC bus, obstructed my work and threatened me. I approached the court after the police did not file a case on my complaint. The police have not yet recorded the mayor's and her husband Sachindev's statement in the case filed against them as directed by the court," Yadu alleged.

However, the Cantonment SHO clarified that the case has been investigated and the report has been submitted as per the direction of the court. No one misbehaved with Yadu when he reached the station. In the case, the statements of the passengers have also been recorded. The SHO also informed that the statements of the Mayor and MLA have already been recorded.

Meanwhile, Yadu alleged that double justice was being done and that while the investigation in the case against him was proceeding at a fast pace, the investigation in the case filed by him was slow. Yadu said that he has submitted a petition to the Transport Minister stating that he has been unemployed for a month and is suffering.
