Northern districts of Kerala to get heavy rainfall for three days

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The state will receive heavy rain for three days due to the influence of cyclonic circulation over Karnataka and Goa. It will be stronger in the northern districts. The hilly areas of the southern districts will also receive significant rainfall. It will be less in the coastal areas.

The Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services has informed that due to the 'kallakkadal' phenomenon, there is a possibility of two days of heavy sea attack on the coasts of Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Fishing should not be done on the coast of Kerala. People in the coastal areas should be careful.
