State to receive isolated rain for next three days

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned that Kerala will receive isolated rain for the next three days. The rain is declining as the monsoon winds become weak. The IMD added that the wind will gain strength after three days and that there will be widespread rain in the state after that.

People living in the coastal areas should be cautious as there is a possibility of a severe storm surge along the Kerala coast. Fishermen have been advised not to venture into the sea.
