Visit major pilgrimage centers of India at low cost: 11 nights and 12 days tour package

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) has introduced new tour packages including famous holy places and pilgrimage centers of India which we have read through books and Upanishads.

Ved bhoomi Uttarakhand Yatra

Ved bhoomi Uttarakhand Yatra will start from Kochuveli on 12th July on Bharat Gaurav Manaskhand X Express visiting Nainital, Almora and Kausani regions of Uttarakhand. The journey consists of 11 nights and 12 days. 28,020 for the standard category and 35,340 for the deluxe category. Journeys will have 3 Tier AC Class Train, Non AC (Standard Category) and AC (Deluxe Category) carriage, Non AC Budget Hotel/Home Stay, 3 meals a day with vegetarian meals and tour escort security service. Passengers can board from Kollam, Chengannur, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Thrissur Shornur Junction, Kozhikode and Kannur.

Western Delight Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train Yatra

Major pilgrimage centers and heritage centres of the states of Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Goa will be visited. The journey departs on 28th July and returns on 16th August. Sleeper class train, non-AC vehicle for travel, non-AC budget hotel, 3-course vegetarian meal and tour escort security.

Passengers can board the train from Kochuveli, Kollam, Chengannur, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Ottapalam and Palakkad stations. Package price starts from Rs.19,000. IRCTC Joint General Manager Sam Joseph and Tourism Manager Vinod Nair said in a press conference that there will be a change in travel destinations depending on the season.
