GUYANA: The Indian team led by Rohit Sharma marched into the final of the ICC T20 World Cup by beating by 68 runs in the semi-final held in Guyana. India will face South Africa in the final at the Kensington Oval in Barbados on Saturday. Chasing the target of 172 runs set by India, the English batters did not get any chance from the Indian bowlers to establish themselves.

England lost the wicket of captain Jos Buttler 23(15) in the first ball of the fourth over. After that, only Harry Brook, Jofra Archer and Liam Livingstone managed to get double-digit scores in the England lineup. Phil Salt 5(8), Moeen Ali 8(10), Jonny Bairstow 0(3) and Sam Curran 2(4) were dismissed cheaply by the Indian bowlers. For India, spinners Kuldeep Yadav and Axar Patel took three wickets each, while pacer Jasprit Bumrah got two wickets.
