NEW DELHI: India has developed the most lethal explosive device after a nuclear warhead. The name is Sebex-2. The striking power of bombs, artillery shells and missile warheads can be increased tenfold with this. It was developed by Economic Explosives Ltd., Nagpur under the Make in India initiative.

The Navy has certified the explosive power of SEBEX-2. It will be put into use after the approval of the Ministry of Defence. It is reported that Explosives Limited has developed three new explosives including this one.

Trinitrotoluene (TNT) is a chemical compound commonly used to make warheads. SEBEX has twice the explosive power of this. The only information that has been released is that it belongs to the High Melting Explosive (HMX) category which RDX falls into. SEBEX-2 is expected to strengthen Indian forces and open up a world of exports.

Enemy camps will be burned

  • India uses TNT (Methyl-Trinitrobenzene) compound in Brahmos and Agni.
  • With the use of SEBEX-2, India's weapons will become a nightmare for any powerful enemy
  • The heat and fire of high melting explosives also known as octogen will burn the entire enemy camp.
  • The ratio of TNT 1.25-1.30 is used by the countries of the world in the warheads. SEBEX-2 has more than double this capacity
