Khrisha Shah, the younger daughter of Neelam and Nikunj Shah, is a social activist and entrepreneur. She studied Social Policy and Development at the London School of Economics and graduated from California State University with a degree in Political Economy.

Khrisha first started her career in the UK. She is the founder of a social network company called Dysco. During the COVID campaign, Khrisha started a campaign called #Lovenotfea to raise awareness about mental health issues. She came to India after leaving her high-paid job in the UK.

As reported by India Today, Khrisha Shah's father, Nikunj Shah, was the Chairman and Managing Director of Nikunj Enterprises. He died in 2021. After his death, his son Mishal took over the family business. Khrisha 's mother Neelam Shah is a fashion designer. After a gap of 25 years, Neelam reportedly re-entered the business arena in 2010 with her elder daughter Nriti.

Khrisha's elder brother Mishal is currently running the family business. Khrisha is the co-founder and CEO of Dysco, with Mishal serving as COO. Khrisha is also the director of Nikunj Group.

Anil Ambani had faced some financial issues in the early 2010s. During this period, Anmol played an important role in the growth of the company. Anmol took over the operations of Reliance Group and led the company to a growth of 40 per cent.
