Peeper nuisance in Kozhikode; locals start WhatsApp Group to catch him, finally admin held 

KOZHIKODE: The locals formed a WhatsApp group and conducted a search following a complaint of someone peeping into the houses at night. After days long search, the suspect was caught on CCTV footage. The person caught is the admin of the WhatsApp group formed to catch the peeper. Police did not file a case as no one has a complaint against him.

The incident happened at Korangad in Kozhikode. The person who comes at night jumps the walls of the houses and peeps into the bedrooms. The locals planned and started a search as they could not tolerate it. A WhatsApp group was started to coordinate the search. Some watched during the night and searched for many days but could not find him. Finally, the locals stopped guarding and searching. He came again and this time his picture was caught on the CCTV.

The locals were shocked when they checked the video. The youth who led the search was himself the peeper. He was also the admin of the WhatsApp group. He entered each house after understanding the discussions going on in the group. Although he understood the location of the search, he did not know that a CCTV camera was installed in the house he entered last. He was finally caught.
