'This is a reply to those who eat beef, such a tragedy should have happened in Malappuram'

fake-video

WAYANAD: The entire country is in shock after an entire village was washed away in a day. The search for the affected continues day and night. However, a section of social media is exploiting this tragic time for communal propaganda.

Many are posting comments like, "This is a reply to those who eat beef," "Such a tragedy should have happened in Malappuram" and "This happened because Rahul won."

Many people responded how it felt to say such things in front of those who lost everything they had worked for a lifetime in one day. Many of these negative comments disappeared after learning that social media started responding in return.

Meanwhile, a video of actress Nikhila Vimal, who is active in relief work along with DYFI workers, was circulated under the name 'RSS Wayanad' through the X handle 'AmXtrader'. The video was posted with the caption 'RSS workers are helping the people by collecting food items for the people of Wayanad'. Nikhila has previously faced cyber attacks from Sangh Parivar supporters for opening up about her views and politics.
