THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As the controversy surrounding ADGP MR Ajith Kumar's meeting with RSS national leaders continues to simmer, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has stepped in to offer him protection. Although the constituent parties demanded action against the ADGP at today's LDF meeting, the Chief Minister took a stand that the matter could be brought within the scope of the DGP's investigation. However, the CPI leadership responded that there was no change in their stance that action should be taken against Ajith Kumar.
