MALAPPURAM: PV Anvar MLA announced the policy of his new organization called the Democratic Movement of Kerala at a public meeting in Manjeri. In the policy statement, Anvar says that he will fight against the neglect of Malabar. The organisation also put forward a demand to create the 15th district by bifurcating Malappuram and Kozhikode districts. The organisation said it will fight to ensure the right to vote for expatriates and to conduct a caste census.
"The organisation aims at political and socio-economic justice for all citizens. The aim of the organization is a social movement for the realization of freedom of faith and equality. Education loans should be written off. The Entrepreneurship Protection Act should be implemented. The organization will demand that a resolution be moved in the assembly demanding that the central government correct its attitude towards Palestine.
