TORONTO; A 19-year-old Indian teen, working with Walmart over two years was charred to death under mysterious circumstances in Canada. The victim has been identified as Gursimran Kaur. Kaur and her mother were employed in the Walmart Bakery at 6990 Mumford Road in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Last Saturday, Kaur’s mother noticed her daughter was missing for over an hour while the phone was also unreachable. She soon gave the alarm bells ringing to locate Kaur. After a few hours, while casually opening the bakery oven, the sight of her daughter’s burned remains came in front of her eyes, sending shivers down her body.

Gursimran Kaur’s father and brother are currently in India but will soon return to Canada in the wake of the tragic news. Walmart employees expressed shock and said the case was complex. The bakery has been closed indefinitely. The investigation headed by Halifax Regional Police is ongoing.
