Hotel employee hacked during goonda attack in Kazhakkoottam

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A hotel employee was hacked in an attack unleashed by goons at Kalpathi Hotel in Kazhakkoottam. The injured is Toufeek Rahman of Venjaramoodu. The attack was by Vijeesh and his brother Vineesh of Kazhakkoottam. The police have arrested them. They are accused in cases including murder attempt.

Toufeek was attacked last night at 11.30 pm. He was hacked on his hand. Vineesh came to the hotel a week ago and consumed liquor from the bar. After drinking, he asked for money. The employees did not give him money then. He along with his brother came to the hotel yesterday and unleashed violence.
