KOCHI: Actress Honey Rose has lodged a complaint with the police against businessman Boby Chemmanur, accusing him of insulting womanhood by making inappropriate remarks against her. The actress filed the complaint in person at the Ernakulam Central Police Station. It was Honey Rose herself who announced this through her Instagram page.
"Boby Chemmanur, I have filed a complaint at the Ernakulam Central Police Station regarding the continuous obscene remarks you made against me. I will file complaints against your associates as well, who share your mental state. You may trust in the power of your money, but I trust in the strength of the law," Honey Rose wrote on Instagram after filing the complaint.
Earlier, Honey Rose had filed a complaint against those who made derogatory comments about her on social media. The police registered a case against 30 individuals and arrested one person. The police are now preparing to take action against those who made derogatory comments on her Instagram page.
Honey Rose had previously stated in a Facebook post that an individual had been intentionally and continuously following her with the aim of humiliating her through double meanings. When this person later invited her to events, she expressed her refusal to attend. Following this, the individual attempted to deliberately come to the events attended by her as an act of revenge. Honey Rose alleged that the person was mentioning her name in the media in a way that insulted her womanhood.
