MUMBAI: A video of Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan leaving Lilavati Hospital in Bandra and returning home has gone viral on social media. Fans are overjoyed to see Saif resuming normal life so quickly after he was reported to be in critical condition following six stab wounds a few days ago.

However, some sections of social media are questioning the authenticity of the situation, alleging that Saif misled people by claiming to have undergone major surgery. They argue, “How can someone who had spinal surgery recover and walk normally within a few days?”

Saif Ali Khan left the hospital under heavy police security. He waved to the media and fans as he exited. The 54-year-old actor had been hospitalized for five days. His wife, actress Kareena Kapoor, was with him at the hospital.

Saif underwent a five-hour-long surgery and was admitted to the ICU. A piece of a knife had pierced his body, requiring surgical removal. Two of the wounds were reportedly very deep, and doctors had stated that spinal fluid had leaked due to the injuries. Social media users are now questioning how someone with such severe issues could recover so easily.

Some of the comments under the video include, "Can injuries heal so fast? How is someone who underwent major surgery walking like this? Is Saif deceiving us? It usually takes a month to recover from even a minor sprain."
