THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Muslim League All India General Secretary and Deputy Leader of the Opposition PK Kunhalikutty said that the League, as a political organization, is doing community service and that the League will always stand firm on the secular path. "Compared to other states, the activities of the League have been of great help to the Muslim community here in protecting their identity and maintaining moderation in religious matters. It is a great thing that the League has been able to guide the Muslim community on a straight path without resorting to extremism or sectarianism. The tradition of the Panakkad family, including Shihab Thangal, is that it is moving forward by keeping people of different castes and religions together," Kunhalikutty said.
