'Six people sexually harassed me': Actress Varalakshmi Sarathkumar with shocking revelation

CHENNAI: Leading Tamil actress Varalakshmi Sarathkumar made a shocking revelation about the sexual assault she faced as a child. Varalakshmi revealed her childhood experience while being a judge on a dance reality show on a channel. The actress also spoke about the need to educate children about 'good touch' and 'bad touch'.

The actress opened up about her experiences by expressing solidarity with a contestant named Kemi. Varalakshmi said she, too, had faced assault similar to the hardships Kemi faced from her family.

“ When my father and mother left for work, almost five to six people who were in my house sexually assaulted me.’ Varalakshmi broke into tears while revealing the incident. The actress refrained from talking further, as she remarked not happy with revealing more details public.
