Actress Manju Pathrose said the paths that she came across was not at all smooth. While talking to a media, she clarified that her strength is her parents, brother, son and friends and that she would not have existed without them.

'One cannot live without money. Life after marriage is not as easy as we think. We need respect, love and everything, and the most important thing is we need money. We cannot live without money. I have experienced a lot of hardships. I even thought of selling my kidney. I felt like I didn't want to live, but did not take any drastic step after thinking about my son, parents and others.

There is nothing that should not happen in life. One’s life will pass through all this. We will think of ending our life then. If we don't get a hand from somewhere, we feel like dying. I have thought about death many times. Maybe I didn't do it because I am a coward. After hearing about someone’s suicide, I will not be surprised. I've been through the same struggle she was going through many times. There were days when I had burst into tears and cried, not knowing what to do, she said.
