THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Baby crying for breast milk outside the hall while her mother was writing an exam. Unable to stand watching, RPF woman constable Parvathy calmed the baby by giving her breast milk. The incident took place at Nagaroor Rajdhani Engineering College on Wednesday morning.
Anjana S. Krishna, a native of Pettah, had come with her husband, Nithin and their two-month-old baby to write the Railway Recruitment Board exam. The baby in Nithin's arms cried nonstop while they were standing outside. Nithin's efforts to calm the baby were in vain. Anjana was not supposed to leave the hall until the exam was over.

Hearing the crying, Parvathy, a RPF woman constable at Thiruvananthapuram North Station, who was on duty outside the hall, rushed to pick up the baby and breastfeed her. With this, the baby stopped crying. The officials who came to know about the incident complimented Parvathy.
