KOCHI: The court has granted bail to KM Shahjahan, who was arrested for the cyber attack against CPM leader KJ Shine. The bail was granted with conditions including a bond of Rs 25,000. The court clarified in the bail order that evidence should not be destroyed and similar crimes should not be repeated after being released on bail. The court came out strongly against the police. The court asked who authorized the Chengamanadu CI to arrest Shahjahan and who was responsible for the arrest.

The court asked if there were any risqué words mentioned in the remand report. The court inquired if there was any obscene content in the video related to the case, and isn't it only the questions to KJ Shine. Meanwhile, the prosecution argued that Shahjahan was repeating the crimes. Although custody was sought for further questioning, the court rejected the request and granted bail.

The police arrested YouTube channel owner KM Shahjahan in a case related to cyber attacks against CPM leader KJ Shine and Vypin MLA. Shahjahan was taken into custody from his home in Akkulam, Thiruvananthapuram last night.
