IndiGo crisis continues, Delhi airport authority issues warning

NEW DELHI: There is no end to the cancellation of IndiGo Airlines. As the cancellation continues to Monday morning, it is the seventh day in a row that the passengers in the country are facing this hardship. Delhi airport authority has informed the passengers that there might be a delay or cancellation of flights today. IndiGo has cancelled 650 flight services yesterday alone. Over 1000 services have been cancelled earlier. Rs 610 crore has been refunded to passengers till yesterday.
Services from Kochi have been cancelled. It includes 112 services from Mumbai and 109 from Delhi. 1650 services completed. The Ministry of Civil Aviation has directed the airline to properly communicate with passengers regarding flight cancellations and refunds.
Amid this, IndiGo informed that they are providing services to 135 out of 138 destinations and restored 95% of connectivity. A complete refund will be provided for bookings till December 15. The press release of IndiGo says that the airline has convened a director board meeting and the management has given a detailed explanation on the gravity of this crisis.
