‘Quotation of business group, links between police and goons’; serious allegations levelled against Spa Centre gangrape case

PATHANAMTHITTA: More information have emerged in the incident of gangraping an employee of the Spa Centre in Thiruvalla. Dr Sanjay, the owner of the Spa Centre stepped forward levelling serious allegations against the owner of another spa center in Thiruvalla. He said the attack was a quotation given in order to destroy his business.

‘The goons executed the quotation of the opposite business group. It was not an attack for not giving the extortion money. The extortion money story is the fabricated one of the police. There is an unholy collusion between the police and the goons. The police have not recorded my statement. A separate complaint will be given,’ Dr Sanjay told a media.

Meantime, an internal investigation has also been started in the police department. The investigation is being conducted on high-level directions following suspicions of an unholy collusion between the police and the goons. It is suspected that there are cops in the Thiruvalla station receiving monthly payment from spa centres. It is also known that some of the policemen are regular visitors of the spa centres. The incident related to the case happened on February 1. The police hiding the incident raises suspicions.

The Thiruvalla police had arrested KAAPA case accused Subin Alexander (29) of Pappinivelil in Kuttapuzha and Berlindas (38) of Muppiri on the complaint of the woman. Four are absconding. The news that came yesterday was that the employee was gangraped for not paying the extortion money. The brutal act came to light after footages of threatening the woman were circulated.
