NEW DELHI: In a historic ceremony aimed at bringing prosperity and well-being to the nation, President Droupadi Murmu installed the sacred Shri Ramayantra at the Ram temple in Ayodhya today. The ceremony was conducted in the spiritual presence of Mata Amritanandamayi and marked a definitive milestone in the temple's timeline. This Shri Ramayantra, a 150-kg square plate inscribed with the Beeja Mantra of Lord Rama and plated in gold, was installed on the second floor of the structure. It is widely believed that spiritual energy flows from this sacred plate, serving as a focal point for the temple's sanctity.
With the successful installation of the Yantra, Temple Construction Committee Chairman Nripendra Mishra officially announced that the construction of the Ram temple has been completed. The event saw the attendance of several high-ranking dignitaries, including Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Also present for the landmark occasion were Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak. This final addition to the second floor completes the architectural and spiritual vision for the temple complex as originally planned.
"I am happy to participate in the ceremony at the holy Ram Janmabhoomi. The Ram temple is the new sunrise of Sanatana Dharma. Shri Ram is the synonym of Dharma."
