Couple found dead inside house in Thiruvananthapuram

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A couple has been found dead inside a house in Ulloor, Thiruvananthapuram. The deceased have been identified as Raghunathan Nair, a native of Akkulam, and his wife Pushpa. The bodies are believed to be several days old.

Raghunathan Nair was found hanging in the kitchen, while Pushpa’s body was found lying on the floor. Relatives alerted the police after noticing a foul smell coming from the house.

The bodies have been shifted to the mortuary of the Government Medical College Hospital. It is reported that the couple did not maintain close relations with neighbours. The police have registered a case of unnatural death and started an investigation.
