
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: BJP national president Nitin Nabin will arrive in Kerala to lead the Assembly election campaign. He will release the NDA’s development roadmap at an event to be held at 2 pm today at the RDR Convention Centre in Edappazhanji, Thiruvananthapuram. The 'Vikasitha Keralam' roadmap, which outlines the vision for a “Developed Kerala” if the NDA comes to power, will be presented by BJP state president Rajeev Chandrasekhar.
The document is being released under the slogan “This is Change, This is Developed Kerala.” It includes key announcements aimed at boosting the state’s development. NDA leaders Sabu M. Jacob and Thushar Vellappally will also speak about the roadmap at the event.
BJP Kerala in-charge Prakash Javadekar, election in-charge Vinod Tawde, and co-in-charge Shobha Karandlaje will also address the gathering.
Nitin Nabin will be in Kerala for two days as part of the election campaign. On Tuesday at 12 noon, he will lead a roadshow in Attingal. At 3 pm, he will travel by helicopter to Tanur in Malappuram and address a public meeting at Puthantheru. On Wednesday, he will take part in roadshows at Mattannur at 12 noon and at Koothuparamba at 4 pm.
Meanwhile, as part of the BJP’s campaign activities, a drone show will be held at Poojappura ground in Thiruvananthapuram at 7 pm today. Key announcements from the NDA’s roadmap will be displayed in the sky during the show, which will feature more than 500 drones.
