BJP releases third list; Vivek Gopan in Aruvikkara; no seat for Krishna Kumar

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The BJP central leadership has released the third list of 11 candidates for the assembly polls. The notable thing is that Actor Krishna Kumar did not find a place in the list. Karamana Jayan will contest from Thiruvananthapuram constituency.

Actor Vivek Gopan has been fielded in Aruvikkara, Pandalam Prathapan in Adoor, T N Suresh in Kovalam, S Rajashekaran Nair in Neyyattinkara, Raveendranath Vakathanam in Puthupally and Ajimon in Mavelikkara.

The BJP has announced candidates for the crucial seats in South Kerala in the third phase. The party believes that the arrival of Vivek Gopan from the film and serial industry will give a new face to the contest in Aruvikkara. There was a possibility for G Krishna Kumar in Thiruvananthapuram, but the list changed in the last phase.
