THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Monday condemned the violence at the JNU campus. According to Pinarayi, the attack against students is clear proof that intolerance is reigning in the capital. He made the statement through his official Facebook page.

Lashing out at the Sangh Pariwar, Pinaryi further said that they are trying to create riots and insecurity in the nation by attacking students and teachers in the Nazi model. 'By attacking students and teachers of JNU in a Nazi model, the Sangh Parivar is trying to cause riots and insecurity in the nation. The news that ABVP members even tried to stop the ambulance carrying the injured Students' Union president shows the extent of their plan to create violence. The Sangh Pariwar must refrain from such violence against students and realize that the voice of students is the voice of the nation,' his post read.
