KOCHI: The Kerala High Court has lashed out at State Police Chief Loknath Behera for not taking proper action against unauthorized flex boards and banners. While urging the police to remove all unauthorized flex boards installed across the state within 10 days, the court said that legal action must be taken against those putting up such flex boards and banners.

The court also warned to summon the DGP if the police continue to ignore the order issued by the Road Safety Commissioner against illegal flex boards. Justice Ramachandran also pointed out at the flex erected by the police cooperative society and added that even policemen are ignoring the circular issued by the DGP. The court even went on to say that the police chief should have the backbone to implement the circular issued by him.
