THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The child rights panel has said that no further measures will be taken on Bineesh Kodiyeri’s daughter’s case. Child rights panel member K Naseer said that the complaint was disposed on that day itself. He also said that the rights of the child have not been violated.

Enforcement Directorate has conducted raids in Bineesh Kodiyeri’s residence at Maruthamkuzhy in connection with the drug trade case. His family members have alleged that during the raids, ED has detained his wife and two-year-old daughter.

Child rights panel has also reached the site after knowing about the incident. Bineesh’s mother-in-law alleged that ED questioned them in a locked room and she couldn’t feed the child. The child rights panel chief has said on that day that the child’s rights should not have been violated.
