KOCHI: The division bench of the high court on Monday dismissed PJ Joseph's petition seeking a stay on the single bench's order to grant the 'two leaves' symbol to Jose K Mani. The court also refused to consider the plea to grant the symbol toJoseph faction.

Joseph had approached the court following the Election Commission's order that Jose K Mani was entitled to use the 'two leaves' symbol. However, the high court upheld the order of the Election Commission and issued the order in favour of Jose faction. Following this, Joseph filed an appeal before the division bench of the high court.
