KOZIKODE: KPCC president Mullappally Ramachandran has alleged that there is a secret pact between the CPM and BJP, and that was started by Pinarayi Vijayan. He also said that CM Vijayan’s continued silence in the controversial Rafale deal was due to fear over the SNC-Lavalin case.

"When Pinarayi contested from Kuthuparamba, it was RSS/Jana Sangham leaders that campaigned for him. In return, the CPM supported Jana Sangh leader K.G. Marar in a similar fashion. Kerala also saw Valasan Thillankery relation with the CPM in the Sabarimala issue", Mullappally said.

Mullappally also said that Valasan Thillankery himself has revealed that he acted as ‘bridge’ between COM and BJP while Alphons Kannanthanam is a bridge between state and central government. He also cited the instance when O Rajagopal’s voted for CPM's P Sreeramakrishnan for the Speaker's post as a clear indication of the tie-up between the two parties.

“More details on the CPM-BJP relation will be revealed at the right time”, Mullappally added.
