THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Industries minister E P Jayarajan has said that there will be no investigation over the deep sea fishing agreement signed between the Kerala government and US firm EMCC. “Anybody can go to Cliff House and conduct talks with Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. It should be interpreted as a wrong act. The allegation that has surfaced now is part of blackmailing tactics. This government cannot spend its precious time on such things. This government’s sole concern is the state’s development,” he said.

“The government has not given any land to the government. How the land deal that has not taken place be cancelled? The company’s details were not informed of central and state governments. If V Muraleedharan knows something then instead of keeping it in his pocket, he should reveal it. N Prasanth does not belong to my ministry, therefore, I cannot answer any questions about him,” Jayarajan said.
