THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: KPCC president Mullappally Ramachandran on Monday said that the UDF will come to power by winning 100 seats in the state.
While claiming that there is a pro-UDF wave across the state, Mullappally added that he did not seek votes of CPM members to defeat BJPin Manjeshwar.
'This time, Congress has fielded K Muraleedharan to close the BJP's account in the state. The BJP candidate in Manjeshwar has already conceded defeat. When the elections come to an end, the BJP's account will be zero. People will forget the BJP,' Mullappally wrote on his Facebook page.
'The UDF does not want the votes of communal forces anywhere in the state. While continuing to collude with the BJP, the CPM has reached an agreement with the SDPI and shares the stage with the PDP,' he added.
