THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Former minister E Chandrasekharan will not be in the cabinet this time as there is a strong demand in the CPI to strictly implement the condition that legislators that became ministers for one time shouldn't be considered. Indications are that all the ministers from the CPI will be newcomers. P Prasad and K Rajan are likely to become ministers.
P Supal or J Chinchu Rani will be the minister from Kollam. EK Vijayan is also likely to become a minister. Chittayam Gopakumar could become the Deputy Speaker. The final decision on who the ministers will be will be made by the state council on Tuesday

The Kerala Congress (M) has demanded two ministries. The party has five MLAs. Roshi Augustin was elected as the parliamentary party leader. Dr. N. Jayaraj is the deputy leader. Pramod Narayanan will be the parliamentary party secretary.
