Major overhaul in top official posts, Sanjay Kaul replaces Teeka Ram Meena as Chief Electoral Officer

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As part of major overhaul in top official posts, state chief electoral officer Teeka Ram Meena has been replaced. Instead, Sanjay Kaul will be the Chief Electoral Officer. Biju Prabhakar will be the transport secretary. Dr. Venu will be the Higher Education Secretary. Asha Thomas will be the Additional Secretary of the Health Department. Collectors of Ernakulam, Thrissur, Kozhikode, Kasaragod, Kottayam and Pathanamthitta are also affected. The change is for a total of 35 employees.
